Welcome to Built Cashflow.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at builtcashflow.com (the "Site") and any digital products, templates, or materials sold through it (the "Products"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase from Built Cashflow. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Delivery

Built Cashflow sells digital products, including but not limited to Notion templates, guides, and related materials. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to access or duplicate the Product. Delivery is electronic and immediate in most cases. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive the delivery email.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the listed amount. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. License and Use

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for your personal or internal business use only. You may not: Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the Product in whole or in part. Modify the Product and present it as your own. Use the Product to create a substantially similar competing product. Share access links, duplication links, or login credentials with others. All intellectual property in the Products, including text, structure, design, and underlying methodology, remains the property of Built Cashflow.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Products and the fact that access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are forfeiting any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute based on dissatisfaction with the Product. If you experience a technical issue accessing your Product, contact us at support@builtcashflow.com and we will work to resolve it.

7. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

Built Cashflow provides educational and informational resources. We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, or personal results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Any examples, case studies, or figures referenced in our Products or on the Site are illustrative and not a promise of results. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.

8. Not Professional Advice

The Products and any content on the Site are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or business advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any information provided.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with another user's use of the Site.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Stripe, Notion, Kit, and others). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built Cashflow, its owners, affiliates, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Products will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Built Cashflow and its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Site or Products at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Products. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
